Are you an absolute beginner looking to kickstart your Yoga practice? Have you been to a few Yoga classes and now looking to improve your practice? Are you a Yoga Teacher looking to learn a new style of Yoga and gain CEC points? Then this beginner series is perfect for you!! Ashtanga Yoga Beginner Series consists of eight 1.5-hour classes—covering the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Choose between practising in studio or online. Please note studio spaces are limited so be in quick to secure your spot. We will begin our Ashtanga Yoga Beginner Series on Monday 12th of Sept. What will you take away from the course? Knowledge and practice of Ashtanga Yoga. The confidence you need to join any Yoga class or any Ashtanga Yoga class. The ability to kick start your own home Yoga practice. Different styles of Pranayama including the Ujjayi breath. Learn how to link breath to movement. Enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Physically you will become stronger and more flexible (Important note: any 'body' can practise: no need to be strong or flexible to begin Yoga). Mentally and emotionally a regular Yoga practice can calm, focus, and rejuvenate the mind. Spiritually, you will benefit from whatever floats your boat, nature, divinity, longevity, or the essence of life. At the end of our programme, you will be presented with a Certificate from BodyFusion. If you're a Yoga Teacher you will gain 12 Continuing Education Credits in accordance with YACEP and with approval from Yoga Alliance.
