In studio or Zoom. 45 minutes dedicated to you to help with stress and/or anxiety. We can decide what will work best for you (meditation, yoga, breathing practises, etc). Stresses can include daily stressors, any stress on the body and mind.
24 hours' notice when rescheduling a private session is much appreciated.
