Sound Nutrition Course

Service Description

This is a private mentoring course that has a core curriculum and, the best part, it is based on what you need to know and practice. We will have 10 sessions in total. The online schedule will only show the 1st of December; please select this date. Then book your 10-session times directly with me, any time this year, until 1st December. We can complete this course in person or via Zoom or a combination. For you or for your family: we can work together, just you and me (your family members can be involved). You will receive a Certificate of Completion. For your clients: if you are in the health and fitness industry, you will have clients that need help with their nutrition. Here we will include real-life case studies, as well as your own, and give you the tools you need to provide sound nutrition practices to your clients. You will receive a Certificate of Completion. If you are a Registered Yoga Teacher: you can gain 10 CEC points and a Certificate of Completion. Help your clients with sound nutrition that is right for them. Your curriculum includes the lifestyle practices of the Yamas and Niyamas. Formally, my nutrition studies include an Advanced Certificate in Nutritional Sciences, Diploma Level 5/6, from the Australiasian College of Natural Therapies, I have a Certificate in Nutrition, and a Certificate in Nutrition and Coaching from Precision Nutrition, and I hold an Ayurvedic Nutritionist Certification. I have studied various aspects of nutrition through other modalities such as during my Anthropology Major at the University of Auckland, Personal Training Certifications, Yoga Teacher Training in Mysuru, India, and online courses in TCM, just for fun. My experience includes coaching clients in nutrition for a number of years and also being on the receiving end of a clinical nutritionist and an Ayurvedic Doctor. I am also an adult and tertiary teacher. In many ways, I am happy to help you, your family, or your clients with Sound Nutrition. Book your course any time until 1st December 2023.
