Service Description
Our Sunrise Beach Yoga classes are on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 6.30 am every week. In the Winter Season we will retreat to the studio. We also have a Sunday Yin Yoga on the Beach class. Please book under Yin Yoga on the Beach. Location: find us on the sand between access 6.5 and 6.7 Oceanbeach Road. No mat is required, but bring a mat or towel if you want. Sunnies and a warm jumper are recommended. Our 6.30 am classes are on rain or shine however we will practise in the studio if we get rained out (heavy rain/storm). It's all about you and nature. Please note, there are times when I will offer the class on zoom, for example in the event of heavy storms etc, as an alternative to unsafe travel. See you on the beach :) *Vinyasa — slow to moderate movement. Mindfully linking breath to movement.
