Service Description

The ultimate sensation is relaxation. See what you feel. Reap the benefits of long passive stretching for the mind and body. Receive the benefits also from practising in nature, on our beautiful beach. Find us on the sand in between beach access 6.5 and 6.7 Oceanbeach Road. Note: If we are rained out then the Yin Yoga class will be in the studio and if requested I will send out a zoom link.
